Programs and Workshops
Student success is based upon many factors and CIS works to implement a variety of programs to improve student achievement. Please visit the CISOFLC website often for new information about our current and future programs.
CIS workshops are for students, parents, and their families. They are designed to not only focus on the success of the student, but to get parents involved so they can have first-hand knowledge about how to help their children succeed.
What Is CIS
Communities In Schools (CIS) works with policy makers, school staff, parents and business partners to address the factors that impede student success.
Serving students from K-12 grades, CIS and school staff identify students at risk of not graduating; access the school and student needs; and create relationships to harness these needed resources.
